PROJECT PLANNING
TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL QUESTIONS
Suitability depends on roof condition, available space, shading, electrical infrastructure and your facility’s load profile. Share your site location, operating hours and recent electricity bills to begin an assessment.
The assessment compares expected solar generation with your facility’s electricity use, operating hours and applicable tariffs. System cost and self-consumption affect payback. Ask for a proposal that clearly states its assumptions and estimated returns.
Site access, working hours, safety requirements and electrical connection work need to be agreed with your operations team. Any planned shutdowns or access restrictions should be identified in the project schedule before work begins.
Start with your company name, facility location, site type and average monthly electricity bill. Recent bills, operating schedules and available roof information help the team assess system sizing and the next steps.
After commissioning, monitoring helps track system performance. Candela also offers inspection, maintenance and operation support. Ask the team to confirm the support and warranty terms in your proposal.
